The San Bernardino County Sheriff's Employees' Benefit Association (SEBA) has been very busy this month, rewarding San Bernardino County teachers with gift cards in support of their students.

SEBA is recognizing a total of 16 schools this year, including six from the First District! They include:

  • Wrightwood Elementary, Snowline Joint Unified School District
  • Helendale Elementary, Helendale School District
  • Oak Hills High School, Hesperia Unified School District
  • Park View Preparatory Elementary, Victor Elementary School District
  • George Visual and Performing Arts Magnet Middle School, Adelanto Elementary School District
  • Rio Vista School of Applied Learning, Apple Valley Unified School District

The purpose of this event is to "reward outstanding teachers for their selfless commitment to their students." Each school received 8-10 gift cards worth $250 each, and the principals will distribute the cards.

Congratulations to all of the schools and teachers who received this well-deserved recognition!
