Victor Valley College Celebrates Groundbreaking for New Stadium

Constituent Services Director Samuel Shoup was pleased to attend the groundbreaking for Victor Valley College's new stadium last week. In addition to the stadium, the college is adding an educational event and conference center. These new buildings are sure to be a wonderful addition to the High Desert community!
