Phelan-Pinon Hills CSD Welcoming 'The Silverados' at Free Concert in the Park

The Phelan Pinon Hills Community Services District will host its free Summer Concert in the Park on Saturday, July 10, featuring the country/rock band, “Silverados.” The CSD is also hosting Classic Movies in the Park every Friday night at dusk, along with free dance lessons every Monday and Friday.
