Trona, Phelan and Victorville Planning Community Cleanups This Weekend

Phelan & Pinon Hills residents are invited to join the FREE Community Cleanup & Free Tire Day from 8 a.m. until noon this Saturday, March 11. Residents can drop off residential trash and yard waste, recyclable materials, and up to 9 tires (no rims) per residence. No commercial tires, commercial waste, hazardous materials or e-waste will be accepted. Participants must show proof of residency. Drop-off is at the CR&R Service Yard located at 9828 Buckwheat Road in Phelan.

Trona residents can take advantage of San Bernardino County Fire's Household Hazardous Waste Collection from 8 a.m. until noon this Saturday at the County Fire Station at 83732 Trona Road. For more information, call 1-800-645-9228.

City of Victorville's Free Dump Day and Recycle Event is planned from 8 a.m. until 1 p.m. this Saturday, March 11. Bring your bulky furniture, extra trash, scrap metal, mattresses, appliances and yard trimmings for free disposal.
