High Desert Resource Fair Offers Jobs, Hope To Community

Our 2nd Annual High Desert Resource Fair, held Tuesday at Abundant Living Family Church HD, was a resounding success!

More than 300 people attended the event, which featured 31 employers, representatives from Victor Valley & Barstow Colleges, and several nonprofits.

The San Bernardino County Public Defender's Office was on hand to assist residents with expungements, while the San Bernardino County Assessor-Recorder-County Clerk's mobile unit was there to issue birth, marriage and death certificates. 

I'd also like to thank San Bernardino County Department of Veterans Affairs, San Bernardino County Workforce Development Board, and all of the participating employers for assisting us with this very special community event.
