Phelan Phamily Phun Days and Champagne Classic Planned Oct. 1

Save the date for Oct. 1, when the Phelan Chamber of Commerce hosts Phelan Phamily Phun Days and the Champagne Classic Car Show.

The event will include the car show, a parade, exhibitors, live music, a fun zone and food vendors.
