Team Cook Joins the Community For High Desert Backpack Giveaway

Our First District team had a great time last week preparing for and participating in the High Desert's Drive-Through Backpack Giveaway. This annual event is a partnership of multiple community groups and government agencies throughout the County. The event, held at the San Bernardino County Fairgrounds, was a great success.
Our team had so much fun volunteering and interacting with the community. Thanks to Victor Valley Rescue Mission and all of the partner agencies for blessing so many families at this event! More than 3,800 backpacks were given away to children in need!
