San Bernardino County Library Wins NACo Award for Mobile Application

Congratulations to our San Bernardino County Library department, which was honored with a 2022 NACo award for its library mobile application. During the height of the coronavirus pandemic, with library buildings closed, the department developed a mobile application that offered customers contactless service and account access in the palm of their hand.

The library mobile app, available on Apple and Android devices, allows patrons to search the catalog, check out books, look up locations, pay account fines/fees, and access electronic resources such as online databases, streaming services, e-books and e-audiobooks.
