Eagle Villas Senior Housing Project Breaks Ground in Hesperia

Deputy Chief of Staff Dakota Higgins was pleased to provide opening remarks during the groundbreaking for Eagle Villas, a new affordable housing complex for seniors. Our office contributed $5.5 million in discretionary funds toward the Hesperia gated community, which will include a lap pool, jacuzzi, barbecues, outdoor seating, raised planters and a dog park. San Bernardino County is proud to be lenders for this much-needed affordable housing project. Eagle Villas will be a wonderful addition to the First District!
