High Desert Artists Invited to Submit Works of Art for Upcoming Exhibition

High Desert artists are invited to join the Victor Valley Museum’s annual Open Arts Exhibition, which goes on show March 5-April 22. Artists must submit their art for consideration between 9 a.m. and noon on March 1. There is a limit of two pieces per artist, and there is no fee to enter. One wall will be reserved for youth artwork from local schools. Prizes will be awarded in multiple categories for youth and adult artists.
The artist’s reception will take place from 11 a.m. until 4 p.m. on March 12, during the museum’s Second Saturday event. Victor Valley Museum is located at11873 Apple Valley Road, Apple Valley. For more information, please call (760) 240-2111.
