Sheriff Warning About Scammers Calling Residents and Asking for Money

The San Bernardino County Sheriff's Department is warning the community about scammers claiming to be members of the department. "While they’re using real department members’ names, they are NOT with our department. We NEVER call our residents to ask for money via money transferring service/prepaid debit cards."
