Operation Recognition Veterans Diploma Project Now Taking Applications

The 13th annual Operation Recognition Veterans Diploma Project returns on November 15! County residents who missed high school graduation due to military service or interment may be eligible to receive their diploma through the program. The event takes place annually at Serrano High School in Phelan. Applications are available here.
